Parents' Night Out

Shop and dine in the CWE on Saturday, December 12th. This is something new this year that should be a great way for parents to get out and enjoy time with friends & neighbors and support our neighborhood businesses.

Below are the store hours and any specials they're offering that night - just tell them you're with CWE Families & Friends. We'll kick the night off with a little happy hour around 5 and then hit the streets to enjoy the holiday decorations, do a little shopping and visit the art galleries. We have babysitters lined up so feel free to stay out and have dinner. If you're interested in meeting up at 5 or would like to take advantage of the babysitters (OT students fundraising for a service trip to Guatemala), email info@cwefamilies.org.

Bowood Farms Nursery: - “We will be open from 9:00 - 6:00 (we’re staying open later, until 6:00, on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from Thanksgiving through Christmas)

Cafe Osage will serve Breakfast from 7:30 - 10:30 and Lunch from 11:00 - 2:00 but we are also excited to announce our new Afternoon menu. Beginning Friday, November 27th. Cafe Osage will have an afternoon menu featuring afternoon tea (tea sandwiches, scones & sweets) on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 2:00 - 5:00.”

Cassie’s – “Cassie's will be open 'til 8 p.m. We can offer a gift with purchase, we have a limited supply so they will need to mention that they are with CWE F&F. And for the month of December, our Lampe Berger Scent of the Month is Orange Cinnamon, specially priced at $16.95.”

Gelato di Riso – “Gelato di Riso will be open from Noon to 10 pm on Dec 12th. Also we are offering Gelato cakes and pies, but they need to be ordered a week ahead of time. We will have special holiday flavors, like Peppermint, Egg Nog, Cinnamon.”

Ivy Hill – “Our hours on Saturdays are 10.30am-7pm. I would be happy to offer a 15% discount to all residents on the day of Dec. 12^th who say they are a part of the CWE friends and families.”

Left Bank Books –“We’re open from 10am – 10pm on the 12^th here in the CWE. Also on that weekend, we’re having our Friends of Left Bank Books sale. Members of our Friends organization will receive 20% off all purchases that weekend (except special orders, magazines and artwork). Lululemon – “We are having our holiday party on December 5^th and we are open on 12/12 from 11am-5pm and the two weeks leading up to christmas tues-sat 11am-7pm.”

Mezzanine – “We will be open from 11-7. We will have complimentary cookies and cider as well as a 10% discount for anyone who mentions CWE Family & Friends.”

Rothschild’s Antiques – “We are open every Friday and Saturday night until 10:00 pm. We will serve wine and Christmas Cookies.”
