The Legendary CWE Halloween Party is FREE and open to the public.
Festivities kick off on October 26 at 11 a.m. with fun daytime activities for the whole family. Then, as the sun sets, the party continues with an adults-only bash and costume contest, known for its elaborate, complex and outrageous costumes and featuring over $7,000 in cash and prizes!

11 A.M. | CHILDREN'S COSTUME PARADE Children are invited to show off their costumes while parading through the streets of the Central West End with other costume characters. The parade starts in the parking lot at Walton Ave. & McPherson Ave. Then stay for a dance party, pumpkin decorating, crafts, performances by Consuming Kinetics, Joe Fingerhut and Enchanted Events and more at the Maryland Ave. Main Stage. Be sure to stick around for trick-or-treating at neighborhood businesses starting at noon.

1 P.M. | DOG COSTUME PARADE & PARTY Owners are invited to register their dogs in the costume contest; costumes will be judged along the parade route for categories including funniest, cutest and most creative. The parade starts in the parking lot at Walton Ave. & McPherson Ave. and ends at Maryland Plaza. Afterward, you can enjoy watching the pups participate in the musical sit and best trick contest. Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes early if you would like to register your dog in the costume contest!

6 P.M.- MIDNIGHT | ADULTS-ONLY STREET PARTY & COSTUME CONTEST Adults-Only Street Party, featuring the Legendary Costume Contest, DJ, fire dancers, roller skaters, drag performances and more! 8 P.M. Adult Costume Contest 10 P.M. |
